- Inquiry & waitlist forms: name, email, message and topic — to respond to you and manage your request.
- Newsletter: your email address — to send you our newsletter until you unsubscribe.
- Bookings: the details needed to fulfil your booking. Card and billing data are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) under their own privacy policy; we never see full card numbers.
- Server logs: our hosting provider processes technical data (e.g. pages requested, date and time) for security and statistics, without directly identifying you.
We only pass data to third parties where necessary to deliver the service you asked for, or where we are legally required to.
This site uses Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights — privacy-friendly, cookieless measurement that does not track you across sites and requires no consent.
We also offer Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies and is loaded only after you accept via our cookie banner. IP addresses are anonymised. You can withdraw your consent at any time by declining the banner or clearing the cookie; if you never accept, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
Inquiry data: up to 12 months after the last contact. Booking records: as required by Swiss commercial law (up to 10 years). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to its processing, at any time — just email info@wearewomenworld.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, your local supervisory authority.

All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Together with our providers we protect your data as well as possible against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Please note that data transmission over the internet can never be guaranteed to be completely secure.
