Buying abroad, without being alone in it.
A house abroad is a dream with paperwork attached. We handle both halves: the finding and falling in love — and the notaries, taxes and negotiations that usually make buyers settle for less than they wanted.
We are your independent property partner abroad. In a buying mandate we represent you, not the seller. Nobody pays us to like a particular house, which is why we can tell you what is wrong with the one you have fallen for.
We also take selling mandates. If a property you are interested in happens to be one of ours, we tell you in writing before you view it, so you always know which side of the table we are on.
From brief to keys.
We meet
In Zürich. We take the time to understand your needs and define the strategy before you travel — one trusted advisor in Switzerland, with local expertise wherever you buy.
The search mandate
You brief us once, properly. We search on-market and off — through owners, lawyers, local agencies and the community itself. You see a shortlist we would buy ourselves, not a portal export.
Viewing days
We bundle viewings into one or two unhurried days, arranged around your flights. We've walked every house before you land — and we tell you what's wrong with each one, too.
The investment case
A home for you, an investment for your future — usually both. Rental potential, running costs and resale are modelled honestly before you offer, so the numbers still hold when the holiday glow fades.
The negotiation
We negotiate on your side of the table, with local comparables and no interest in overpaying quickly. Where useful, we bring in a lawyer before reservation, not after.
The paperwork
NIE numbers, notaries, taxes, financing, cross-border structure — coordinated in your language (French, German, English, Spanish or Italian) and explained until it's genuinely clear. You sign understanding every page.
The arrival
Keys are the middle, not the end. Relocation, renovation and interiors through our vetted network, utilities set up, and a long table of members who already live here. You arrive into a life, not a hallway of boxes.

«We don’t sell the island to you. We make sure it’s yours when you buy it.»
You don’t just get a house.
You get the long table.
Every Estates client arrives into Women World itself: the retreats, the Zürich evenings, the members who already live around the corner in Palma or Sóller. The loneliest part of moving abroad is the first year — ours skip it.

Tell us how you want to live.
Where, roughly what, roughly when. A few honest sentences are enough — we take it from there, and the first conversation costs nothing.
